The Grid-Saver™ system employs an advanced supervisory controller to achieve precise energy control, enabling the system to store or export power in accordance with a wide variety of user needs.

Used in conjunction with renewable energy sources such as solar and wind, Grid-Saver™ systems can store energy when a surplus is generated and then make this energy available when solar or wind production is curtailed. This can be achieved at a utility-scale level to help levelize power input to the grid, and at a commercial scale to help customers maximize their benefits from on-site renewable resources.

As a grid stabilization device, Grid-Saver™ can provide a range of ancillary services such as frequency regulation, voltage control, and peak shaving. Grid-Saver™ systems can also be used to capture braking energy from trains in electric subway and light rail systems, making this energy available to reduce the amount of grid energy required to accelerate trains or to move trains to safety in the event of a power outage.

Do you have any solutions to provide emergency backup power to a light rail system. We are looking for 3 containerized energy storage systems. Each one to be approximately 1MW. System voltage is 750 nominal. Maximum power to be approximately 3.4MW.
System to provide a minimum of 40 minutes of power, average power 867KW
