TransPower’s mission is to become the world's most innovative and diverse supplier of reliable, economical zero-emission technologies and products for vehicle applications. These products will improve our planet by reducing greenhouse gases and other pollutants, and by expanding our use of renewable sources of energy for transportation. This will in turn improve our health and ecosystem, strentghen our economies, and hopefully help eliminate at least some sources of international conflict.

YOU can help make this future vision a reality by converting your vehicle(s) to use zero-emission technologies. Transpower's current focus is on developing electric drive systems using battery energy storage for heavy-duty vehicles, primarily locally-driven trucks. For some vehicles, energy needs can be met exclusively with batteries. Vehicles whose energy needs cannot yet be met with today's battery technologies can often use electric-plus hydrogen (EPH) systems that use small auxiliary engines or fuel cells using hydrogen to augment the batteries.
